Susan arrived at ChaCha from Apple, where she led the product marketing and management of .Mac (Now MobileMe) - Apple’s subscription-based service that automatically pushes new email, contacts and events to your iPhone. Pre-Apple, she was with Macromedia where she oversaw product marketing initiatives for Flash and Dreamweaver establishing both products as the undisputed leaders in professional web and mobile application development.

Her earliest work in marketing and management goes back to 1995, working with Kai Krause, software artist, user interface designer and founder of MetaCreations Corp. Susan is a busy working mom with a four year old named “Jack” and 2 year old twins “Charlie” and “Saress”.
